July 18 Longmont foreclosure report

It was another lousy week for the real estate market in Longmont with 12 new foreclosures to report. Once again leading the way was Ward 2 (Councilmember Karen Benker's ward) with 5, and Ward 3 and 1 following behind, in that order.

It's getting so bad, even prairie dogs are getting foreclosed on. If they're not being gassed out at the airport, they're not getting the welcome mat from Weld County as its commissioners told Longmont to keep their prairie dogs to themselves. No sharing necessary.
